Dutch tenor Mitch Raemaekers studied singing at the Conservatory of Maastricht (NL) and earned his masters in musicology at the KU Leuven (BE). After finishing his studies, Mitch became member of the ENOA community, appearing in young talent productions of Nationale Opera & Ballet (NL) and partaking in numerous masterclasses, hosted by institutions such as the Britten-Pears-Young-Artist-Programme (UK) and the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel (BE). He recently made his debut with Opera Zuid in Benjamin Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream (NL, 2022). Mitch will join Opera Zuid in 2023 for their new production of Mozarts Der Schauspieldirektor.
